‘Footsteps on the Sun’ is een iconografische onderzoek, waar met behulp van blote oog en camera obscura observaties van zonnevlekken, getracht wordt de mogelijke solaire oorsprong van een groot aantal prehistorische rots graveringen zoals cup marks (kleine ronde uithollingen) en footprints (ovale figuren) aan te tonen.’

Footsteps on the Sun is an iconographic research, which with the help of naked eye observations and camera obscura  sunspot observations, has tried to show the possible solar origin of a large number pre-historic rock-art carvings such as cup marks (small holes) and footprint (ovals).
